Honeywell BMS Price and Policy Adjustment Notification

Due to continued inflationary pressures outside of our control, as well as unprecedented supply chain delays requiring increased spot buys across our business, effective November 1, 2022, Honeywell Building Management Systems (BMS) is implementing a price increase of 22.5% (excluding software and training) and removing the current 20% surcharge. The price increase will be applied consistently across all SKUs except for software and training SKUs. This overall adjustment provides us the opportunity to eliminate the surcharge mechanism and to simplify our pricing.

Order Timing
This price adjustment will go into effect on November 1, 2022. All orders accepted prior to this date will be processed at current price levels and include the active surcharge. For orders accepted on or after November 1, 2022, all new prices will apply accordingly, and orders will no longer receive the previously announced Inflation Surcharge. Please note prices are subject to change throughout the year, and we reserve the right to deny any orders of excess demand.

Inflation Surcharge Elimination
When the new price adjustment goes into effect on November 1, 2022, we will eliminate the current Inflation Surcharge on all orders placed on or after November 1, 2022. Please note that all orders placed prior to November 1, 2022, will continue to receive the Inflation Surcharge listed on the order. We continually monitor inflationary cost impacts on a regular basis, given the rapidly evolving market conditions, and will continue to communicate any future responsive measures as needed.
